Abstract

This report summarises the main results of the public consultation meetings held in the southern, central and northern regions of Mozambique from 21 to 26 March 2025. The aim of these meetings was to present the draft Strategy and Action Plan for the Expansion of the Network of Marine Protected Areas and Other Effective Marine Conservation Measures in Mozambique to a wider audience, and to gather input from various stakeholders.

The contributions gathered during these public consultations are taken into account to improve the draft Strategy and Action Plan document.
